Our engineering partner performs the structural inspections with us, we perform the waterproofing inspections, they inspect the structural elements. We write a supplemental waterproofing report that is appended to the structural engineers report that is signed and sealed by the engineer.

4.) We guarantee in writing that we have no conflicts of interest. Our contractors license is inactive, we do not bid on any repairs. Our sole obligation is to help you, our client.

The balcony bill leaves HOA’s vulnerable to unethical companies taking advantage of them. Always vet your inspection company, ask them to guarantee that they will not bid on any work that may find to be needed, whether emergency repairs or non-emergency repairs. We assist our clients in getting three bids for any work needed.
