President Bill Leys was one of the first to offer deck inspections to HOA’s back in 2007 after being approached by an HOA management companies senior executive.

During my time as a licensed deck waterproofing contractor, my company, Central Coast Waterproofing, waterproofed hundreds of decks throughout California, ranging from Hollywood stars homes to residential properties, condominiums and apartments.

Since opening William Leys Waterproofing Consultants LLC I’ve helped homeowners, condominium HOA’s, commercial building owners, architects and engineers solve water intrusion problems, assist with building envelope design issues and  performing construction defect investigations throughout California.

I am one of the most respected SB326 EEE coordinator specialists in the business. I bring together the specialists necessary to inspect (a California licensed structural engineer) to document, and report on your EEEs. I only refer the top HOA contractors to our clients to bid on any repairs that may be needed and then I help coordinate the California licensed structural engineer to finalize their report for compliance with SB 326 and SB 421.
